Thesis/Dissertation Submission Details for the Second Semester of the 2016 Academic Year

  1. Master’s and PhD students who plan to graduate in the Second semester of the 2016 academic year should submit electronic and paper copies of their thesis/dissertation to the Library Reference Desk (extension 2683) no later than Monday,September 12, 2016. (Note: submission deadlines are announced by the Registration and Curriculum Section.)

Library regulations and opening hours during examination period.

  1. For the Mid-term exams week is approaching, the Main Library adjusted its opening hours from Apr. 6 to Apr. 13, 2016 as follows. Classroom 105 of the Chiu Feng Chia Memorial Hall will open for use as additional study space. The opening hours of the Library Branches and the study room of the Science and Aeronautical Engineering Building (SAEB) remain the same as ordinary days.
