Notice on the Submission of Master's Theses and Doctoral Dissertations for the Fall Semester of the 113th Academic Year

- To submit the degree thesis and dissertation, please log in with your NID account to file an application. Master's and doctoral students who plan to graduate in the fall semester of the 113th academic year must complete the submission of the soft copy, hard copy of the thesis and dissertation and the authorization letters, among other related documents, by February 10, 2025.
- According to the thesis and dissertation submission and review process, graduates who pass the thesis and dissertation oral examination and complete revisions must upload the electronic file of the thesis and dissertation and the authorization letter to the Feng Chia University Thesis and Dissertation Digital Archive System; for those applying for a delayed public release of their thesis and dissertation and approved by the graduate student affairs committee, please submit the electronic file authorization letter according to the approved public release date; for those with approved delayed soft copy releases, please select the delayed soft copy option and upload the "Application for Delayed Public Release of Thesis and Dissertation (for the National Library)" (the Office of Academic Affairs must stamp it), and the library will conduct the first stage of review.
- After receiving the approval letter of review from the system, please print and bind one hardcover and one paperback copy of the thesis and dissertation, and submit the documents prepared according to the Thesis and Dissertation Submission Self-Checklist to the library on the first floor. Place them into the data bag provided by the library and drop them into the "Thesis and Dissertation Self-Service Submission Box" for the library to conduct the second stage of the hard copy thesis and dissertation review. Please check MyFCU for the review results.
- To carefully handle the first and second stages of the review process, it takes at least two working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from the following day after the library accepts the documents.
- For the order, format, related forms download, and Chinese and English system operation guides of the thesis and dissertation submission requirements, please refer to the library's thesis and dissertation submission and inquiry web page.
- 6. If you are unable to graduate this semester as scheduled, the electronic files and hard copy of the thesis and dissertation will be returned, and you must make modifications and resubmit for review according to the actual graduation academic year.
