- Article 1 These operating guidelines are formulated in accordance with Article 6 of the Feng Chia University Library Resource Borrowing Directives.
- Article 2 Designated reference books are selected by the teaching faculty and are arranged and made available within the library for the reference and study of students enrolled in the respective courses. The library maintains a list of designated reference materials for the convenience of students to check and utilize.
- Article 3 The viewing hours for designated reference books are in accordance with the regular opening hours of the library.
- Article 4 Borrowing procedures require personal registration by the individual at the circulation counter, presenting their student ID.
- Article 5 The borrowing limit is set at two volumes, and the borrowing period is three hours. If there are no reservations, one renewal is allowed, but usage must be confined to the library, and the materials cannot be taken out.
- Article 6 Any other relevant regulations shall be handled in accordance with the Feng Chia University Library Resource Borrowing Directives.
- Article 7 The guidelines were adopted by the Feng Chia University Library Committee and approved by the President before being promulgated and implemented. The same applies to amendments.
These Guidelines were translated from the original Chinese version. In the event of any discrepancies between the two versions, the Chinese version always takes precedence.
