※ 請提供2個以上的導覽日期與時間，以便館員安排課程。

※ Library tour takes approximately 30 minutes with an introduction to physical spaces and library services
※ Please provide at least two preferred dates, so the librarian has the option to arrange his/her schedules. 

逢甲大學為受理圖書館導覽申請之目的，本申請表所蒐集之個人資訊，將僅作為圖書館導覽申請聯繫之用，學校將保留本申請表一個月，期滿後即依規定銷毀。您得以下列聯絡方式行使查閱、更正等個人資料保護法第3條的當事人權利。
