Step 1...

Open Google Chrome, select on the top right corner. Then, select Options, as shown below.

Step 2...

Select Under the Hood and click on Change proxy settings…

Step 3...

Select Connections and click on LAN settings.

Step 4...

Select Use automatic configuration script and type http://proxy.lib.fcu.edu.tw/proxy.pac. Then, click OK.
