1. According to the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) in Taiwan issued a new order for reinforced Covid-19 prevention program starting from December 1, 2020, all the visitors to a library should wear a face-mask to minimize possible highly contagion incidence. Any violation to this CECC’s order can be subject to a fine (NT$3,000~$15,000) by Taichung City government.
2. We will substantiate this order above-mentioned by asking each visitor to wear a face-mask for entrance to FCU Library starting from Dec. 1, 2020.
